These Booking Terms and Conditions form a contract between you and Flykka. By booking a flight through our website, you agree to these terms, which govern the services we provide. Please read carefully before making a reservation. If you do not accept these terms, you will not be able to complete a booking.

Flykka reserves the right to update these terms periodically. Passengers are encouraged to review this page regularly.

🛫 Flight Operations

Flykka operates flights in compliance with all applicable aviation laws and safety regulations. Every helicopter is airworthy, properly staffed, and fully equipped. Flights are conducted only after receiving all required approvals from aviation authorities.

🎫 Tickets & Reservations

Tickets can be purchased directly through Flykka’s website or through authorized travel agents.

🧾 Travel Documents & Boarding

Passengers must present a valid passport or national ID at check-in. Boarding will not be permitted without proper identification. Seating is allocated automatically by Flykka’s operating system to ensure balance and safety, with adjustments made by pilots or ground staff if necessary.

🔄 Flight Changes & Rebooking

Passengers holding a Flex fare may modify their booking up to 24 hours before departure. Options include changing travel dates, destinations, or converting the ticket to “open date” status valid for 12 months. Any fare difference will apply at the time of rebooking.
Changes are not permitted for Light or Tour fare types. Passenger names cannot be changed.

Flykka may adjust flight schedules or landing fields in cases of safety concerns, operational requirements, or force majeure (such as weather). Passengers will be notified promptly and alternative arrangements will be offered where possible.

❌ Cancellations & No-Shows

If a passenger cancels or fails to appear for a flight, no refund will be issued.

💰 Pricing, Charges & Fare Types

Flykka offers three fare categories:

  • Light – basic service, limited baggage allowance.
  • Tour – sightseeing flights, limited baggage allowance.
  • Flex – added flexibility with changes, larger baggage allowance, and rebooking options.

Passengers on Light fares may upgrade to Flex up to 24 hours before departure, subject to a service fee and any fare difference.

💳 Payments

Payments may be made using credit, debit, or prepaid cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners, Discover), as well as Google Pay, Apple Pay, or other supported digital wallets. Payments are processed securely through certified third-party providers. Flykka itself does not store payment card details.

💼 Baggage Policy

For safety reasons, passenger and baggage weight per seat must not exceed 115 kg.

  • Light & Tour fares: One handbag or laptop bag only.
  • Flex fares: One handbag/laptop bag plus one soft carry-on bag (max 63×40×25 cm, 15 kg).
  • Additional or oversized baggage can be purchased separately, subject to aircraft capacity.
  • Small pets (under 8 kg, in carriers) may be accepted with prior approval, requiring an additional Light fare ticket.

Overweight or bulky luggage may be shipped separately at extra cost. Flykka assumes no responsibility for items transported via third-party providers.

🕒 Flight Delays & Weather

Schedules may be affected by weather, operational needs, or technical issues. Flykka will inform passengers of any changes at the earliest opportunity. In the case of weather-related delays exceeding two hours, Flykka may, at its discretion, provide additional assistance or non-monetary compensation.

If delays are due to extraordinary circumstances beyond our control (severe weather, airspace restrictions, strikes), Flykka is not liable for compensation but will take reasonable care of passengers during disruptions.

🚫 Prohibited Items

Passengers must not carry dangerous or restricted items such as explosives, flammable materials, corrosives, firearms, or toxic substances. Medication and essential personal items in small quantities are permitted.

The pilot and ground staff reserve the right to deny boarding or refuse baggage if safety regulations are not met.

🛡️ Liability & Safety

Flykka’s responsibility is limited to safe transport under applicable aviation laws. In cases of injury, death, or baggage loss directly caused during boarding, flight, or disembarkation, compensation may be due within the limits of governing regulations. Flykka is not liable for health conditions undisclosed prior to the flight or for circumstances beyond its control.

👶 Minors & Special Needs Passengers

  • Infants under 2 years must travel on the lap of an adult, secured with an infant seatbelt.
  • Children aged 2–12 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Youths aged 12–17 may travel unaccompanied with prior parental consent.
Passengers with reduced mobility or special needs should contact Flykka before booking, as helicopter design and space limitations may restrict accessibility.

🔒 Data Protection

Flykka processes passenger data only to the extent required for booking, safety, legal compliance, and communication. Data may be shared with service providers or authorities where necessary, always under applicable data protection laws. For full details, please review our Privacy Policy.
